Ruben James Casillas, 40
Wanted: Casillas has an outstanding felony warrant for transportation and possession of a controlled substance for sale. He previously was convicted of domestic violence, burglary and drug-related charges.
Description: Latino, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 185 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Frequented areas: He is known to frequent Ramona and East County.
