Months after its global debut, the Galaxy A35 has finally made it to South Korean shores. The mid-range phone, which went official earlier this year alongside the Galaxy A55, is now available for purchase in Samsung's home country, South Korea.

Galaxy A35 launched in South Korea with introductory offers

The Galaxy A35 is now available in South Korea through the country's three telecom network carriers (LG Uplus, KT, and SKT) and Samsung's offline and online stores. It is priced at KRW 499,400 (around $360) and is available in three colors: Blue Black, Light Blue, and Light Violet.

With this phone, Samsung is offering a free 3-month trial of Willa and a 30% discount coupon for 3 additional months. It also comes with a free trial of YouTube Premium for two months and Microsoft 365 Basic for six months.

Galaxy A35 features and specifications

Samsung is marketing the Galaxy A35 as a do-it-all mid-range phone. It has a big, 6.67-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness (Vision Booster). The screen also features Eye Comfort Shield that reduces eye strain. It has stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint reader, and an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Galaxy A35 features the Exynos 1380 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB storage. It has a microSD card slot for additional storage. It runs Android 14-based One UI 6.1 software. The phone will get four major Android OS updates and five years of security patches.

Samsung has equipped the Galaxy A35 with a 5,000mAh battery. It is compatible with 25W fast charging, but the charger isn't bundled with the phone. It also features GPS, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

It also features Samsung Wallet, which can make mobile payments and store your membership cards, digital identification cards, flight boarding passes, train tickets, and login credentials.
