Paul Lê Bloody Disgusting Had it not been for its setting and regional lore, Viking Wolf would be forgotten. I went into this with much hesitation, given the Rotten Tomato scores for critics (43%) and audience (39%) were both well under my usual 'give it a crack' score of 50% (although if the audience score is above 50%, I care little for the critics score). Overall, this is a decent werewolf movie with an ever creepy atmosphere lingering throughout. Solid performances, characters you care for, good creature effects with a good smattering of action and gore. I especially liked they didn't just go with traditional werewolf lore and threw in a few curveballs to the legend. I highly recommend horror fans give this a go... ignore the other reviews, give it a chance and make up your own mind. Like me, you may be pleasantly surprised. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/14/24 Full Review Cristian s Buena película de hombres lobo de origen noruego, cumple muy bien la idea de llevar el mito a la era moderna (cosa que muchas veces se hizo pero hay varias con resultado mucho mas malo que esta). Se nota que es bajo presupuesto, especialmente en el cgi, pero así y todo cumple el buen ritmo, tomas oscuras y escenas de bastante tensión logran hacer que eso no importe tanto. Historia simple pero efectiva, si tengo que decir un defecto es la poca sangre y violencia que se muestra cuando suceden los ataques.
