Rated: 2/5 Apr 12, 2013 Full Review Shaun Munro What Culture The bogeys and slime are deployed with a wild enthusiasm that doesn't transpire into the diabolically lacking script. Rated: 1/5 Dec 31, 2011 Full Review Jason Best Movie Talk Filmed in eye-popping cartoony colours and with eye-popping cartoony acting to match... the kids mug enthusiastically in school nativity play fashion amid fidgety, hyper-active camerawork that suggests the director has eaten too many blue Smarties. Shane K After watching this almost 10 years later, it's actually pretty good for a movie based on a show that's basically about a British Bart Simpson. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/15/24 Full Review ChocoFamily Super bien! Blgues de pets de incroyable! j'aime quand ya de la slime c'est trop cool!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/25/23 Full Review Kristian M The show and the movie was my childhood. What could be better?👍🏻 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/11/23 Full Review zaika - The original source material was an enjoyable kids show, the books were fun to read when in school. This film, well, this film is a different level. The sloppy CGI, terrible acting from legends, Richard E. Grant, Angelica Houston, Noel Fielding and David Schneider. I find the only semi-decent part about the movie was the end credits. I literally shouted, 'FREEDOM' after the Blu-Ray ended, no wonder why I found it on the discount section in a closing HMV for less than a pound. It also looks like it was made on that as well. Theo Stevenson was mediocre as Henry, the young mischievous little menace. As always, Perfect Peter is a bloody bum-bag. Mrs. Battle-Axe was played by Angelica Houston, definitely in her worst role. The CGI, well, Spy Kids done better. And it feels like Spy-Kids 4. While the show was in it's second season, which although not the best, the cartoon style is pretty sharp and a bit crooked at points, it looks 100% better than this abominable schlock-fest. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/11/23 Full Review Teddy B A hyperactive, noisy, in-your-face, 'totally gross' feature that still miraculously achieves the impossible by still being almost insufferably confusing and boring to watch. Plot points are revealed but are then built upon logic that falls apart even if you just think about it for a second, it follows the old 'save the _blank_ place from greedy person who wants money' story, the performances are just okay at best, the directing is all over the place, and it seems obsessed with homework (for some reason that is never really explained, Mrs. Battle-Axe (played by Anjelica Huston) just gives the kids homework and never seems to teach them anything). Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/27/23 Full Review Aldrin R THIS IS PEAK IDC WYS Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews
