Joe Leydon Variety Stuart Townsend and Scout Taylor-Compton are well-cast as archetypical Western characters while Trace Adkins again demonstrates commanding on-screen presence. Sep 23, 2021 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue The cliches fly almost as fast as the bullets in this assembly-line Western that takes itself way too seriously. Sep 24, 2021 Full Review Robert Kojder Flickering Myth Everyone here seems bored and lifeless. Apache Junction is a brutally slow, meandering watch Rated: 1/5 Sep 21, 2021 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation Trace Adkins is to acting what Norm MacDonald was to country music. And just as animated, in Norm's current state. Rated: 1/4 Sep 20, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews

Bill K The dialogue, plot, and acting were just plain terrible. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 07/13/24 Full Review Audience Member Lionsgate has done some good movies, this is not one of them! Sad Very Sad!!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Worst western movie I have watched by far...terrible acting all around, meandering plot goes nowhere. Why was this movie ever made????? Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Apache Junction is a place for thieves and cold-blooded killers, not big-city reporters like Annabelle Angel (Scout Taylor-Compton, Laurie from the Rob Zombie Halloween films). Luckily, she finds that Jericho Ford (Stuart Townsend, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Queen of the Damned). But can she trust her life to a man with such a notorious past? Writer/director Justin Lee (Final KIll, Big Legend and Hunters) brings this western film to your small screen, his third film in the genre after Badland and A Reckoning. And this time, he has Trace Adkins and Thomas Jane as a saloon owner named Al Longfellow. So other than the cast, I can say that the locations look good and the film is competently made. As for the rest, well…I can recommend all manner of much better Italian westerns, if you'd like. But hey — Trace Adkins playing a murderous U.S. Army man? I guess there's that.
