Joni is a godsend. She is extremely easy to talk to and has an innate way of making you feel seen and understood from the very first session. She talks with you, never at you, and listens to everything you might be carrying with you on a particular session. She is kind and gentle, even around the more rough topics. My spouse and I always leave our couple's sessions hopeful and with a deeper understanding of each other. She has quite literally strengthened our marriage, for which we are forever grateful for.

I see regular therapist and it is helpful to me. This is my first exposure to couples therapy and I'm still adjusting. The relationship I am in is under a year and it's important, I'm still learning what makes us tick as a couple. I have concerns over my partners baggage from previous relationships and sitting together to talk with Natalia seems to be helpful. I'm not saying I don't need work, we can all use a neutral party to chat with and doing it over a video call seems appropriate at the moment.

She has been such a great support system over the past couple of rocky months of our marriage. She’s given us things to work on, highlighted some problem areas and the main thing so far - really listens and understands how we’re feeling. Gia’s great! I’ve had a few therapist’s in my life, and Gia’s one of the best. She hears the problem and responds with tools to address it. She asks us how our week went and if the problem resurfaced, and how we responded. She’s very pleasant while being professional, ie., she doesn’t placate or sanitize, nor is she sarcastic or condescending . It’s great that we’re going together so Gia can see our dynamic and advise us on more effective ways to communicate with each other and the problem people in our lives. Our relationship has improved since we started our therapy with Gia. I’m very pleased.
