"We moved to Monrovia last year. My child started as a freshman at Monrovia High School without knowing anyone. She made friends quickly and when I attended Back to School Night, all of her teachers knew her well. The teachers seemed engaged and caring. The administration is approachable, friendly, and working on making this High School a great place for all students. My older child attended a ""10"" high school and those teachers and administrators were more about the school reputation than they were about individual student success. This is a place where kids have opportunities to be heard, follow their dreams, and feel supported. And there are so many different kinds of kids here that everyone can find a friend."

Put 3 kids through MHS, all had a wonderful experience and went on to college. The new renovations make this school one of the most beautiful in the county;now rivals San Marino, and the football team gets more recognition every year.
