Quontic Bank is taking a significant step forward in enhancing its customer service capabilities by upgrading its loan servicing platform. This strategic move is designed to provide Quontic borrowers with a more seamless and accessible mortgage management experience. Please read the information below to know what’s happening with your loan:

Starting June 10th

  • Quontic borrowers will need to contact our Loan Customer Support at our new number 855-300-7067
    • Customer Support will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST
    • Virtual Phone Support will be available 24/7 to process payments for a fee
  • Quontic borrower will be able to enroll in the new loan servicing online platform to view their mortgage accounts and make online payments. Link will be added to our Quontic contact us page on June 10th.
  • Quontic will no longer accept wire payments.
  • Quontic will no longer accept in-person payments or mailed correspondence to our Quontic Astoria Mortgage Office.

Loan Servicing FAQs

Quontic Bank has mailed out a Notice of Servicing Transfer to all our existing loan borrowers advising of the transition on May 17th, 2024.

We are using the time from June 1st to June 9th to perform a complete audit of your loan to ensure that all balances, due dates, payment amounts, etc. are accurately loaded and up to date.

Yes, your loan number will change and it was included in Notice of Servicing Transfer. Your new loan number will appear on your July Mortgage Statement.

Yes, you can enroll for Online Loan Servicing starting June 10th. Link will be provided on June 10th.

Yes, you can enroll into the Online Loan Servicing platform starting on June 10th to make payments online.

All incoming payments will be forwarded to our new loan servicing processing center for the month of June during the transition.

There will be no late charges or adverse credit bureau reporting while we are transitioning.

You should have received a letter advising that if you would like to continue drafting that you would need to sign the letter and return it. If you did so your drafting will continue.

If you have not returned the new Autopay form you will need to sign and return the form to us at [email protected]. Beginning June 10th, you may register for Automatic Payment Program on our website.

Quontic will draft your June payment after the transition has been completed on June 13th.

No, you do not. We have made sure to take care of that for you to make this transition as easy as possible. 

Please be assured your mortgage loan is not sold, it will remain with Quontic Bank. 

Quontic will mail out your July mortgage statement on or about June 17th.

Mailed payment correspondence should be made payable to “Quontic Bank”

Refer to your July Mortgage Statement for your designated payment mailing address.
