The majority of our people work through the firm’s hybrid work model. Our hybrid work model is driven by client engagement needs, where our people spend an average of 50% of their time at a client site or in a PwC office and have the option to work virtually the remainder of the time. You can live anywhere within the continental US as long as your team supports it.
Some of our people are in a business function where the in-person work model helps to support the in-office needs of our business – providing onsite technology services or critical in-person support. While other business functions have their teams work virtually and come into a PwC office periodically for training, connectivity, team collaborations, and other events.
