Hello! I look forward to creating a therapeutic space with you that is grounded in safety and developed trust. I offer telehealth services to those residing in Texas facing different backgrounds and challenges, with focus on: substance use and addiction, relationships, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions related to grief and loss, and life transitions related to personal growth. I have also helped those who have experienced trauma in their lives and are seeking a space to feel empowered and free of judgment. My approach to therapy is one with my belief that you are the expert of your own experiences!

Welcome, I am glad you landed here. I’m Eloise Guggolz, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor and Certified Life and Health Coach. My goal is to assist my clients to find inner strength by cultivating a healthy mindset and body allowing more ease in facing challenges in difficult life transitions. If you are experiencing trouble navigating through relationship difficulties, stress, fear of change, body image, disordered eating and or anxiety, I’d like to offer you my counsel and work with you to put you on a path where you feel empowered, at peace and able to make positive changes.

The struggles that we deal with on a daily basis can be a heavy enough burden to carry, and when we compound these with life transitions, or any other past trauma, it can be completely overwhelming. Stressors at home with family or loved ones, difficulties at school, challenges at work, or life transitions are difficult to navigate, and sometimes we may benefit from seeking help professionally. I'm here to help.

I have learned that this life journey can consist of many twists and turns, and it can be overwhelming trying to approach things alone. Sometimes those difficulties can be emotionally taxing, disrupt balance, and trigger past experiences we have endured. Even things that seem simple can create hardships, and reveal some of the unhealthy coping behaviors we use to deal with them. My name is Ashley Seifert and I’m an LPC- Associate under the supervision of Dr. Seth Sampson at Evolución counseling. I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. As one of my primacies, I ensure that all clients have a sense of community while in counseling, and are able to explore their unique reasons for seeking counseling.

Arturo is a an exceptional clinician with a dynamic background of experience and wealth of knowledge to support his patients successful treatment plan. He completed his M.S in Counseling Psychology at Loyola University, New Orleans, LA. He also holds a MSN as a PMHNP from Northern Kentucky University. He believes that the physical is just as important as the mental and spiritual when it comes to good health. He places strong values in empathy and understanding his client's experiences.

Jocellyne’s approach to counseling is one that is collaborative and client-centered. She works to tailor therapy based on your needs and circumstances. Jocellyne’s hope is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where her clients feel comfortable being themselves and safe sharing their life stressors and stories. Jocellyne sees teens, young adults, adults, couples and families, as well as Spanish-speaking individuals. Jocellyne is most passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, especially queer youth.

Outside of this hour, I offer evening hours after 8:30pm cst for clients in Texas and New Jersey. I have an additional focus on Men's Issues related to Infidelity, sexual dysfunction, and sex/porn addiction. I also focus on gambling addiction and provide a safe space to work through these issues.

As a counselor, I believe in empathy and open-minded approaches that are receptive to situational changes. I strive to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all of humankind, so clients can have the space they need to write the next chapter of their story, regardless of how messy it started.
