With his additional expertise in neuroscience—the human brain, Dr. Gracian brings that special insight into his work with clients. He specializes in all Therapy Lab plans and treatments, including the Unified Protocol, CBT for Insomnia, CBT for IBS, DBT-based interpersonal and emotion regulation, positive psychology, VR-enhanced exposure therapy, and crisis response.

I am passionate about working with athletes and high performing individuals. I have a background of playing and coaching at the collegiate level for 7 years. If you are feeling anxiety, burnout, stress, anger, low self-esteem, or any other feelings that can be associated with being an athlete or a high performer then I am here to help. I have provided therapy for clients with a variety of concerns. I have worked with college students of all ages for the last few years, stress and personal growth has been a topic that many clients come in wanting to work on. Anxiety is another topic that I have helped my clients manage. Anxiety can be mild or so severe that individuals may experience frequent panic attacks. I have experience with individuals in recovery and their families. Clients experiencing difficulties in relationships come in hoping to improve their relationships. My speciality is in queer-identity work. The Queer Experience often comes with some growing pains, and subsequent wounds. Most of my clients are people who first healed these wounds through overachievement & overcompensation, but overlooked the limitations that came with these coping mechanisms.
