My aim is to create connection through understanding and safety within the parameters of a secure therapeutic relationship to help stabilize crisis and facilitate emotional growth. I work with teens and adults, at different stages of development to help gain skills and insight into how internal conflicts may be playing out in life and relationships.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by ADHD, anxiety based disorders, and/or are experiencing relationship challenges. I also welcome those who identify as neurodiverse, but may not have a specific diagnosis. We work together to improve executive functioning, improve relationship quality, learn how to live with uncertainty, and live by our values. Over half of the clients I work with either identify as neurodiverse (most often diagnosed with ADHD), or has someone within their partnership or family that identifies this way. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to work with these individuals.
