I believe in the art of slowing down and listening to my clients. As a result of COVID so many of us are now struggling with adjustment d/o at growing numbers. Symptoms of anxiety and depression are being diagnosed at increasing levels with so much uncertainty in our lives. Helping people to reassess what's important and prioritize where they go from here. I have 22 years of experience working with clients who suffer from adjustment d/o, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety issues, transition issues and substance use disorders. I have found CBT/DBT skills, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, person centered therapy to be effective in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
