Grief is one of the most difficult to navigate and can feel so isolating and overwhelming. When we grieve big it is a sign that we loved big. With forming deep attachments with those we love; grief is ultimately an attachment wound. Our brains have a really hard time processing- one minute someone is here and the next they are gone.
