Seeking therapy can often be difficult for some. Especially when many of us have been conditioned to believe we have failed if we can't solve our problems on our own accord. We often feel that we are supposed to function under high stress, with strength being defined as "how much burden we can carry in silence". We learn things through experience and often do not know how to address or resolve some of our negative experiences. I am here to help and support you through that. No matter where things may be rooted, there is truth in knowing beyond the lens of silence, peace can be cultivated.
I specialize in a variety of issues that include: anxiety, depression, transgenerational trauma, interpersonal related issues, suicidality, codependency, self-esteem, grief and loss, and issues in creating emotional, mental, and spiritual balance.
My goal is to create a warm, enriched, nonjudgmental environment that is developed in trust. One that explores the sacredness of vulnerability, expands understanding and compassion and peacefully elevates clients to an area of strength.
