I have a passion for working with children, teens, and emerging adults as they navigate the challenges of growing up and experiencing life transitions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide tailored support to each client and meet them exactly where they’re at.
My approach to therapy is built on empathy, trust, and collaboration. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. Together, we'll work towards identifying strengths, overcoming obstacles, and fostering personal growth. My clients are the experts in their life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and strategies to help.
