I promise to accept you regardless of what you've done, how you've behaved, or your darkest thoughts. I'm an individual and relationship therapist, but specialize in the LGBT+ population, poor communication skills, anxiety/depression, and non-monogamous relationships. As an emotionally-focused therapist, I emphasize unfulfilled emotions and how to meet those needs. I'm here to help you heal from hurt trust and mend your broken relationships.

My clients can expect to finally have a safe space of empathy and unconditional acceptance. In the comfortability of my office, my clients will not have to confront their trauma alone. They will find someone to genuinely listen to them, to accept them truly, and wade through their emotions - no matter how uncomfortable.

I am passionate about helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions at a pace that is comfortable for you. I approach counseling differently because I believe the therapist/client relationship is the most important aspect. We will spend time building our trust so we can work at your pace.
