Hello, I'm Riley (She,her) an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about aiding children, adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples to explore their identities and navigate the ups and downs of life. I prioritize creating a therapeutic and collaborative space for clients to experience unconditional positive regard, allowing them to have a voice of their own. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. I have experience working with mild, moderate, and severe mental health diagnoses.
I work from a Trauma-informed and Person-Centered lens and focus on tailoring treatment to each individual person. I enjoy building a close therapeutic relationship using humor, non-judgmental active listening, and authenticity. I encourage all who come through my door to be their true and authentic selves.
I am well-versed in working with marginalized communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, Low SES, and all ages.
