I specialize in issues ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. My treatment modalities include: CBT, mindfulness and solutions-focused therapy. It is my goal to help my clients enhance their overall well-being, thrive interpersonally, and grow beyond their limitations.
I believe the foundation of effective therapy is developing a trusting relationship, and offering a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth through acknowledgement and unconditional acceptance. I am passionate about creating a nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel safe, know that they are both seen and heard, and valued.
