Through Somatic Mindfulness (body centered), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Self-Compassion based theories, I view my role as a guide along the road back to yourself, the ones you love, and the life you want to feel present in.
My passion is working with kids, families, and individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, depression and anxiety, life transitions, and challenges connected to ADHD and Autism. My style is present and human, and I am honored to offer you a space where you can feel seen and un-alone as you navigate life’s complexities.
The belief that we are all impacted by systems (relational, societal, cultural, political, environmental, religious, etc.) in our lives is central to my work as a therapist. I strive to continually integrate trauma-informed, anti-racist, environmental justice, and disability justice frameworks into my practice.
