Hello, my name is Peter and I provide general purpose mental health counseling. My goal is to help you restore emotional control of your life. I firmly believe that you are capable of positive change, that you can overcome distress, and that you will emerge a stronger person from your ordeal. Whether your struggles are temporary or more chronic in nature, I would be honored to listen to you, provide feedback, assist you in designing a treatment plan, and be your support throughout the process. I provide psychological counseling to adults (age 18 and older). I have work experience in an acute care behavioral health hospital, where I gained familiarity with a wide variety of mental health disorders and conditions. My specialized expertise include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), working with seniors, and spirituality.
I am approved for payment with Medicaid, Medicare and several private insurance companies. I also provide a sliding scale service. Clients may visit me in my office or request secure telehealth sessions.
