Hi there! I'm a Christian wife and mom who has lived in this area for over 35 years I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges and many other issues. I work with teenagers who are experiencing challenges with school, family or relationships. I also enjoy working with adults, both individuals and couples, who want more out of their relationships or who are experiencing stress. I use Gottman Method materials for work with couples. I have been married for almost 35 years. I understand the ups and downs of marital relationships. I have worked in the education field with children and families and/or counseling for over 30 years. I have raised two children who are both now adults working full time. I understand the challenges of raising kids in today's world.
