Welcome! Most clients who seek me out are overwhelmed. They may be dealing with life transitions like separation, divorce, single parenting, empty nesting, or career changes. They may feel alone and need help moving forward. Sometimes they are doing their best to juggle life's stresses while managing chronic illness or disability - whether that's their own autoimmune condition, their child's autism or ADHD, a partner's sudden stroke, or an aging parent's Alzheimer's. Above all, they want a personal connection with someone who believes in them and validates their feelings, experiences, & concerns.

I counsel individuals, couples and families on building better relationships, caring for health and body symptoms, and provide coaching for career/work vision and direction. Changes in work, relationships and our bodies can be difficult to navigate; sometimes we need support to deal with life's issues.

My ideal clients are young to middle-aged men who are looking for balance, clarity, a sense of belonging, and a new healthy way of being masculine. I work with archetypal models and ideas, and ritual. I work with clients that could benefit from a coaching model, such as those feeling stuck in starting a business, wanting greater success, or those looking to access flow states, greater authenticity, peak performance, etc.. I also work with poor self-esteem or self-image difficulties, anxiety/social anxiety, and social confidence. I utilize mindfulness techniques, emotional mastery, nature-based therapy, narrative approaches, etc.

I have over 10 years of experience helping people change. Change can be scary, challenging, exhilarating, and fulfilling. I help facilitate change by developing a close therapeutic relationship with clients and by utilizing evidence based therapies, and my well developed intuition to identify the source of your problem and the best pathway forward. I specialize in treating motivational difficulties, depression, anxiety, and self defeating behaviors. I also help with existential issues, such as finding meaning, discovering passions, and developing and sustaining close relationships.
