It can feel overwhelming to process past experiences & learn new habits in a society that promotes comparison. Weekly Healing’s mission is to support clients in their healing journey. I specialize in treating perfectionism, self-esteem, grief, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, career, and stress-related issues; with a focus on teens and young adults (16-35 years old). I support individuals in their desire to heal inner wounds by utilizing an integrative approach of CBT, ACT, and Solution Focused Therapy techniques in the sessions.
