Hi there :) Welcome! I became a therapist based on my own life experiences and desire to support others in their healing journey. I specialize in the following areas: inherited intergenerational trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, and sleep issues. I am trained in sleep coaching and CBT for Insomnia. I enjoy working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks, especially those from immigrant families.
I love nature and believe that connecting with the world around us is key to the healing process
I view therapy as a collaborative effort where I serve as a guide alongside your personal journey of healing and transformation. I'll never tell you exactly what to do, because only you know what's best for you. Instead, I offer you my kindness, compassion, thought-provoking questions, and unconditional acceptance.
