I am passionate about helping kids, teens, and young adults learn how to manage their anxiety symptoms, increase their self-esteem, and effectively regulate their emotions. Most of my practice focuses on the challenges of everyday life and empowering clients to face their struggles confidently. During your sessions, we will work together to focus on understanding your individual needs, empowering you to identify and utilize your strengths, and collaboratively work towards your therapeutic goals. My mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster positive growth.
I work with my furry co-therapist, Nalu, while offering you individualized care. I am focused on helping you achieve your goals while gently challenging you to grow toward the person you envision to be! I approach the therapeutic process from a client-centered lens and draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs.
