I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing counseling services to adolescents, college students, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, panic attacks, and OCD. I believe that healing begins the moment you feel heard and understood. However, we live in a world where finding someone who can actively listen and attend to our true emotions and thoughts nonjudgmentally is hard to come by.
I use my authenticity, empathy, and use of humor in therapy to provide a safe space where you can get to the root of the challenges you may be experiencing. However, I also believe it’s important to provide you with coping skills to equip you in managing strong emotions on your own.
I truly enjoy assisting clients in developing self-compassion and uncovering their inner strengths and potential. I am trained in EMDR for trauma and ERP for OCD and anxiety.
