Rooted in positive psychology, I use a strengths based approach to help you achieve goals, no matter what challenges you face. I specialize in career and life transitions for neurodiverse (e.g., ADHD) clients.
I believe that you, despite how life has challenged you, have the capacity to change, to do better and to live your best life. I work with you to help you find ways to make different choices and implement new strategies for better outcomes. My goal is creating a safe and supportive relationship so that you are being heard, being seen, and being respected.
