I assist my clients, which include children, adults, and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves, draw power from their pain and strengthen their relationships, so, they can be reassured of their own courage.
I’m certain, that no single approach is the “right” one for every individual, so, I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Resiliency, PTSD, and Person-Centered Therapy. Additionally, I proudly served this nation for 23 years, in the United States Air Force.
