I use authenticity, humor, directness, warmth and a strengths-based approach to help you build resiliency, self-confidence and strengthen your relationships.
I will help you identify the source of your symptoms, find safety and help you discover acceptance and self-compassion while discovering healthier ways to heal, connect and eventually thrive. Treatment is an individualized process, which means I meet you where you are and create a plan to support your individual needs and goals.
I believe we are all doing the best we can with what we know at the time. I also believe in the healing power of therapy, not only because it’s my chosen profession, but because of my own experiences on the other side of the client-therapist relationship.
