I don’t believe in putting people in boxes; therefore, I use an eclectic approach and meet my clients in a nonjudgmental space. By gaining a better grasp of who they are and recognizing their skills and qualities; I help clients understand how they feel about themselves, their emotions, and relationships in a way that improves their lives.
