I specialize in helping clients address anxiety, burnout, codependency, and difficult relationships. I am also experienced in treating substance abuse and addictive behaviors. I'm a career changer with a background in corporate marketing and enjoy helping clients move from surviving to thriving, balancing high-pressure work environments with daily life.
My training as an Integrative Mental Health Professional (IMPH) and Human Potential Coach allows me to integrate evidence-based, holistic wellness practices into our work.
