My ideal client is a human being that is ready to stop letting their past trauma determine their present state. They will be ready to look deeply and also know we will come up for air if things get too dark. They will have compassion for themselves and also take accountability. They will allow me to help them see that the answers are already inside of them. They will finally become who they are instead of surviving by being what others wanted them to be.
Once we can change our belief systems to support us, we start to heal. I use Inner child work, mindfulness, brain re-training, CBT, self-awareness, nervous system regulation & my own safe presence to help you find your way back to you. I help clients reduce their anxiety & find more balance, love & fulfillment in their lives.
