If you feel like things are harder these days, you aren’t alone. You’re trying to balance it all, keep your head above water, and make it look easy - after all - everyone else makes it look easy. But it isn't easy at all. I provide a non judgmental space where you can take time to attend to you instead of everyone else. In my work with my clients, we explore the things that may feel too big or scary to say out loud and come to find that once we acknowledge them, we can work on making them better.
I work with teens, adults, and families on a variety of issues including relationships, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, ADHD, adjusting to life changes, and more. I have a special interest in working with parents of high needs children and teens. I know that when children are in crisis, parents are in crisis, too.
My greatest joy - and the reason I do this work - is seeing my clients come to understand their own mind and experience greater fulfillment, peace, and self acceptance as a result. You are already enough. Let me hold up the mirror to show you.
