The goal for our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) group is for adolescents to become resilient, learn self-management strategies, improve their relationship skills, become more self and socially and emotionally aware, and be able to make responsible decisions. 5 types of social-emotional learning skills: Self-management, like managing emotions, controlling impulses, and setting goals.
