I possess the magic, quick fix for it all — just kidding. As a client and therapist, I know therapy isn't comfy, easy, or simple. So, my goal is to make the process less daunting by giving you the insight, skills, and support to live life without all that pesky low self-worth/doubt, burnout, uncertainty, hopelessness, etc. I specialize in relationship stress/breakups, people-pleasers, & overthinkers, and I have extensive experience working with teens, perinatal mental health, trauma histories, mood disorders, life transitions, and grief/loss. If you're ready to feel better, let's get to work.
I use a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to find & remove the barriers that have previously kept my clients feeling stuck. I'm also able to pull from other techniques beyond CBT to provide an eclectic, collaborative experience that won't feel rigid or redundant. Disclaimer: be prepared for humor & nerdy references.
