I specialize in therapy for Autistic adults. Whether you’ve known you were Autistic your whole life, are newly diagnosed, or self-diagnosed, I can meet you where you’re at in this journey. I believe it is the journey of a lifetime to learn to live in your own body and care for yourself well. I want to help you meet your goals with compassion and the most up-to-date science. We now know that autism doesn’t look the way our culture often expects it to, and we see the harms of treatment models that aim to make you fit in with the neurotypical world. It’s hard living in a world that was not created for you or by you.
I want to help you make a life that works for you, represents your values, and lets you live with peace and comfort, just as you are. I provide a warm, validating, and empowering environment for my clients, and I don’t make assumptions about their experiences. My therapeutic approach includes the interplay between mental, emotional, and physical health.
My goal is to help you process the pain that you’ve experienced in life, identify your strengths, and make a beautiful life that fits your personal interests, needs, and values. I use evidence-based practices, delivered with compassion, honoring all aspects of your diversity. Please call for a free chat to see if I can help you meet your goals.
