For anxiety, depression, and trauma, I will normally start by giving you strategies and skills to help feel better and overcome your current stressors, which usually takes 3-4 sessions. And after you begin to start feeling better, we will dig in to the roots of the problem to make sure this problem doesn't negatively affect you again which may take 3-12 sessions depending on your history.
