I am an associate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a focus on working with adolescents and adults facing life transitions, interpersonal conflicts, anxiety depression and many of the other concerns that go along with being a person in this world. I am also a high school and travel softball coach. Through 5 years of coaching, I have found purpose in working with young people in athletics.
I see the concerns and needs of adolescents to be unique and require a different approach than one may take with adults. I find it important to see individuals for all that they are, helping people to be confident in their identity and see the value within themselves as a person and not just in what they do.
People often, just want to feel heard and seen; I prioritize authenticity and the relationship with the client - working to create a comfortable space of trust and understanding. I find great value in helping individuals take control of their life and develop mental health skills they can carry with them for a lifetime.
