I am a neurodivergent, queer therapist that works with other diagnosed or suspecting neurodiverse folks with trauma (including religious). The last several years I found myself attracting clients who had been diagnosed with anxiety and or depression, tried many different therapists and styles of therapy but weren't seeing lasting improvements. This has led me to pursue certification in evaluation of ADHD/ ASD and begin treating through a neurodiverse lens. I have developed a eclectic approach with intention placed on helping clients feel their feelings, identify their coping mechanisms as parts, learn how to communicate with those parts and in turn release them of long held belief systems that are no longer serving them.
