Heidi Landgraf has been immersed in mind-body integration for over 20 years. Seeking true wisdom, her journey has led her to study Vipassana Meditation, Multi-Modal Arts Therapy, and Yoga. Heidi is well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and has completed the Compassion Cultivation Training at Stanford University.
