I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a dual master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and family therapy from Barry University. I graduated in 1999 and obtained my license in 2003. I strive to create a warm, energetic and non-judgmental environment that helps you feel comfortable so we can work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship and succeed in completing your life’s goals.

I work with individuals only - not couples and families at this time. I work with adults breaking out of negative cycles, managing stress, anxiety, and depression, improving relationships, questions on career and life purpose. I provide virtual individual therapy and supportive counseling for addiction recovery and medical issues. I have an integrated model of therapy - body, mind and spirit. I am licensed as a Therapist in FL and WI and am a Certified Addiction Professional.

I have a prior career before becoming a therapist, working about 12 years overseas. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I began my career in the child dependency field and worked with children and families. I currently work in the hospital setting and my current role is the emergency room social worker. I have a variety of experience from newborns to older adults throughout my career. I have work with a wide variety of patient populations. As I progress in my career there is always still more to learn along the way. Many of the patients I see have experienced a traumatic event or recent life change.

My name is Lawrence Goldberg and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults adjusting to major life events such as divorce, career change, conflict at work, health challenges and those who have been through trauma.
