The belief that you are inadequate is a myth. I believe in looking for what is right with you. I am not the therapist who is going to merely sit back, listen and tell you what is wrong with you. A significant portion of my practice involves providing therapy for creatives. Whether you’re a musician, actor, writer, painter, sculptor, or aspiring to be so, I will help you access your creativity, your voice, and your vision. We will work to heal what is in the way of your creative fulfillment, and move you towards the life that you want.
My practice is not only for creatives. Additional work that clients seek me out for includes, but is not limited to: relationship therapy, affirmative LGBTQ+ work, trauma resolution, empowerment, life and career transitions, addressing self worth/self esteem difficulties, codependency, grief work, and blended families.
