It is my hope that offering evening and night appointments, via telehealth, will allow a safe, convenient and comfortable opportunity to individuals who may not otherwise be able to access mental health services. Providing a safe non-judgmental space for my clients to process their emotions and heal is very important to me. My approach is tailored to each individual client’s needs and goals.
I have experience working with adults with PTSD, depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and those having difficulty coping with changes in their lives. Additionally, I am a Cognitive Processing Therapy Provider (CPT). CPT is a specific type of cognitive-behavior therapy found to be effective for treating PTSD.
