If your life and relationships aren't going the way you'd like, if your marriage feels painful, if you're at your wit's end with your children's behavior, if you want to do things differently but feel stuck- I'd like to help. Anxiety, depression, self-esteem, intimacy, personal boundaries, parenting issues, divorce and its impact on the children- all of these can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate well. I work with children and families (ages 5+), parents, adult men, and couples.
I want to offer a safe, warm space where we can examine together old pains that are difficult to move past, current patterns in relationships, and discuss what you want out of life. I believe that within such an environment stuck feelings can loosen, new possibilities become available, and new patterns of relating and behavior can be practiced.
I know it can feel strange and vulnerable to reach out to an unknown therapist in a time of need. But from my own story, I know how much healing, freedom, and clarity can come from therapy. I encourage you if you're hurting or in need extra support, please reach out. Life isn't meant to be lived alone- it's too heavy.
