My practice is primarily guided by person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and any strength/evidence/faith-based interventions that may fit the uniqueness of your situation.

We will look at your thought and emotion processes that may affect your behaviors that are harmful to everyday living and bring them to the surface to change them into healthy thought and emotion processes.
