Trauma? I am a skilled psychotherapist who believes that my job is to meet each individual where they are by looking at the whole person in order to get them to where they want to be. I believe that change is made through establishing nonjudgmental, supportive and healthy relationships. My focus is to create a collaborative, warm and comfortable environment in which clients feel safe to explore their "TRUTHS".

I have experience with people from all walks of life and I believe that you should not walk alone. Life can be difficult, we've all been there. I understand that no two life stories are the same, we will work together to create a toolbox for balancing your personal life's journey using psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness and holistic practices.
