I specialize in working with individuals with ADHD, who are often creatives, entrepreneurs, and others the in music, film/tv, & entertainment.
As a former artist manager, I've had the honor of guiding musicians, producers, and other creatives through the chaotic pressures of self employment. I understand the tenacity it takes to survive. We'll work collaboratively to investigate, discuss, and deconstruct the complexities of your circumstances to work toward specific solutions tailored just for you.
My approach is empathetic, engaging, solution-focused, and client-centered. We'll think together to explore patterns that may be aiding or delaying the outcomes you desire for your life.
