I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relational, parenting concerns, career challenges, childhood/adult trauma, sexually harmful behaviors, post-traumatic stress, emotional abuse,ADHD, mood disorders,life coaching and more. My therapy style is welcoming, engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect as well as compassion, and I don't believe in put-downs as we have all experienced barriers and roadblocks at some point in our life.
I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family-centered treatment, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention and more.
