I specialize in supporting working professionals, especially teachers, nurses, and students with anxiety or depression who are struggling in their careers, education or relationships. Many feel stuck, burnt out, irritable, and overwhelmed. Chronic stress makes it hard for them to connect with patients, students, administrators, and even their families. Some may prefer to be alone, even though it leads to ruminating over traumatic work experiences and substance use. My clients have demanding jobs, are highly trained and accustomed to solving problems. However, no one is immune to the long-term effects of stress and trauma.
I have over 20 years working in counseling, higher education and career development. My communication style is warm, yet solution-focused, often encouraging you to think from the end, build your resilience and focus on the future.
